All products marketed and sold on this website are under the Nereiva brand, which is a registered trademark in the US. The product images displayed are real images of the actual products for sale.

Pricing and payment

All product pricing and promotions are as stated on our website. All prices are denominated in USD. We accept payments via PayPal, processed through a secure payment gateway. ETCL neither receives nor stores any payment information. The transaction is solely between the customer and PayPal, and any disputes or issues regarding payment must be resolved directly with PayPal in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Orders

Orders are placed and settled online. ETCL reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason at our sole discretion.

Shipping and delivery

Products are shipped via registered mail with delivery advice. Processing takes 1–2 business days from the date of purchase, then shipping takes 2–7 business days — most US orders are delivered in 3–4 business days on average. US standard shipping is free; international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Damages

Any items damaged during transit will be replaced if the damage is reported to ETCL within 1 day of receipt. The customer must provide proof that the damage occurred during transit, such as evidence of a ripped envelope.

Returns and refunds

We want you to love your Nereiva bag. If it isn't right, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email contact@nereivabags.com with your order number. We will reply with our return address and next steps within 1 business day. Items should be in like-new condition with the included carry pouch where applicable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method (via PayPal) within 5 business days.

If your order arrived defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, return shipping is on us. Email contact@nereivabags.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement at our cost — or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Nereiva currently delivers within the United States only.

Customer details

Customer details provided during the order process are stored solely for shipment purposes. By default, customers may receive information about promotional campaigns or company updates. However, users can opt out of receiving such communications.

Intellectual property

The brand name Nereiva and all content on this website are the property of ETCL or are used with permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Sustainability commitment

As part of our sustainability statement, ETCL is committed to donating a portion of its proceeds to reef conservation efforts. However, the amount and timing of such donations are at the sole discretion of the company.
