All products marketed and sold on this website are under the Nereiva brand, for which a trademark application is pending in the US. The product images displayed are real images of the actual products for sale.
4. Pricing and Payment
All product pricing and promotions are as stated on our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT and denominated in Mauritian Rupees (Rs). We accept payments through credit cards or Juice (from the Mauritius Commercial Bank Ltd) which are processed via our secure payment gateway provider, MIPSIT Digital. ETCL neither receives nor stores any payment information.
5. Orders
Orders are placed and settled online. ETCL reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason at our sole discretion.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped via registered mail with delivery advice. All products will be dispatched within 3 business days from the date of purchase. A flat shipping charge of Rs 75 is applied to all orders.
7. Damages
Any items damaged during transit will be replaced if the damage is reported to ETCL within 1 day of receipt. The customer must provide proof that the damage occurred during transit, such as evidence of a ripped envelope.
8. Return Policy
All sales are final. Items once purchased cannot be returned.
